Anant Seth

Chief Financial Officer

Anant has 16 years of experience in finance, fund management, audits, taxation, compliance, controls, and reporting for funds with a cumulative AUM of $2.5Bn+.

Prior to Lumikai, Anant was the Chief Financial Officer at UTI Alternatives, which managed alternate investment funds investing in private credit, real estate, and multi asset strategies, where he provided leadership to the finance department and strategy recommendations to the CEO/Board.

Prior to UTI, Anant was an AVP at Jacob Ballas Capital, an advisory firm to private equity Mauritius domiciled funds, where he headed fund accounting/administration activities, investor reporting, and regulatory/tax compliance.

Before Jacob Ballas, Anant was the AVP at Macquarie Global Services, managing the finance function of 4 Asia focused private equity funds.

Early in his career, Anant had stints with Price Waterhouse and A. F. Ferguson & Co. (a member firm of Deloitte), where he managed statutory, internal, and tax audits for various clients.

At Lumikai, Anant is the CFO and leads the finance function including fund management/accounting, investor reporting, portfolio valuations, and compliance.

Anant is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has an IFRS Diploma from ACCA UK, and holds a Master of Commerce degree from Delhi University.

During his leisure time, Anant enjoys exploring new destinations, spending quality time with his loved ones, and playing cricket/badminton.
